Drier features:

1.Main machine adopts Standard profile welding combination,Upper reflecting cover of hot drier adopts rolled steel plate baking finish treatment or stainless  steel for clients choice.

2.Conveying adopts to imported speed reducing moter to convey to roll shaft for the glass conveying,roll shaft with high temperature resistant fluorine rubber gasket to guarantee bear high temperatuer and don't scratch the galss.

3.with high efficient straight line hot wind drier,thermal cycle system inside.

4.heating parts is devided to 3 parts,display to control the temperature,(SCR silicon controlled rectifier,constant temperature control)the 3 parts can be setted seperately.

5.outside cylinder up/down system can lift the oven to inspect inside and easy to maintain.

6.inside of plate adopts to senior heat insulation materials to avoide the high temperature affect.

7.with air filter and waste gas sucked,can extract the inside waste gas to outdoor, to ensure the fresh working enviroment for the workers.

8.cold wind part adopts high power motor,wind flow is enough to cool,also with the waste gas extraction device.

9. air filter can guarentee to waste gas extraction and enough into gas , to make sure enough fresh air in the  workshop.
